Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Perhaps you’re gearing up for your first marathon and aren’t sure where to start. Or maybe you’re an experienced runner hoping to train differently or better with hopes of BQing.

You might be recovering from an injury and are looking for support getting back into running.

Or want a training partner for workouts.

I’m here for all of it and can’t to help you reach your goals.

Some personal details:

  • I’ve run 12 marathons (7 NYC, 2 Boston, LA, Big Sur, Miami) and each time learn something new about the sport and develop a deeper appreciation for it. PRs:

    • Marathon: 3:14 (7:22/mile)

    • Half Marathon: 1:35 (7:15/mile)

    • 10k: 0:41 (6:37/mile)

  • I’m also a certified running coach (RRCA Level I), and work for the New York Road Runners part-time training cohorts of runners to improve fitness, speed and endurance.

  • My own training philosophy is informed by personal experience, coaching runners of all levels, and up-to-date research in exercise physiology.

  • I’m also sensitive to women’s bodies and have a deep appreciation for adapting our training to meet us where we are in our cycle. I get it!
