Hi! I’m Sarah.

I’d love to help you to run your first marathon, your fastest marathon, or your most enjoyable marathon. As a life-long athlete and devoted endurance runner, I find tremendous joy in running marathons. The training, the community, the experience, the accomplishment … I relish in all of it. I’d love to share my passion with you!

I’ve been running marathons for over 10 years. run 12 marathons (personal record is 3:14) and helping others reach their fitness goals is my greatest joy.

I’m an RRCA-Level 1 certified running coach, part-time coach with the New York Road Runners.

I’ve run the NYC Marathon 7x, Boston 2x, LA, Big Sur and Miami Marathons. I can answer any question you have about NYC in particular! I know the course like the back of my hand …

 Fall 2025 Marathon Season Offerings

NYC, Berlin, Chicago Runners: you’re in the right place.

From 1:1 coaching to small group runs and à la carte workouts, we’ll choose the approach that will set you up for success.

We’ll build a plan aligned to your experience level, race goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

This includes:

  • Detailed weekly mileage and workouts

  • Taper and race-week strategies

  • Goal-setting and pace guidance

  • Race selection and calendar planning

Personalized Training Plans

1:1 or Small Group Coaching

We’ll complete the training cycle together 2.5-5 months ahead of the marathon. I’ll adjust your plan and offer support throughout.

This includes:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins and optional in-person runs

  • Pacing strategy

  • Mindset techniques to build emotional resilience

  • SOS support for tough weeks

A-la-carte Workouts

You may crave some variety or support to stay strong. This offering is perfect for runners who want expert guidance at key moments.
